Road side assistance

Dear All, I need to let everyone know how bad Jeep road side assistance really is. Second time in 3 years. I'm a Jeep ***** but pay for a maintenance plan for nothing. Incident: My turbo booster pipe burst on the N1 and I managed to get the car home with smoke and no power. As the pipe is not a big thing I went to Chrysler Jeep dealer ship in Centurion to buy a new one. Their attitude wasn't helpful and couldn't help me as they are busy with stock taking. Still a client and sure someone could have helped me. Phoned roadside assistance, but man they are worse. According to them I can stand next to the road as no technicians are available. It is sad to think you pay for a service and don't get it. Off spin is I can't get to work with everything attached to it. I love my Jeep and the new Grand Cherokee was on my list in the next few months, but think VW is the option. So Jeep *****s be aware of promises not kept
