Recalls on Jeeps in SA

I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee 2006 5.7 Hemi after a lot of money spend to find the problem someone told me to see if there was any recalls on this vehicle. So i went along and google it. Then i found that there was a recall done on The wireless control module (WCM). so i phoned the dealer were my car goes every time and he said i must phone Jeep SA as they need to make arrangements to tow the vehicle as i can not tow the vehicle it must go on a low bed because it is automatic. Which i then did i phone Jeep SA well needless to say the lady askme why have i waited so long to bring it in for the recall because her words "All clients was informend that there is a recall on this" so i asked her to send me were did they inform me as my car has been at the Jeep dealer ship now a few times and nobody told me that there is recalls on the vehicle. I am going to report this to Cart Blanch and i am going to the news papers if they do not solve this.
