Poor service received from Dodge Menlyn

I serviced my car at dodge menlyn, the customer service is very poor, they promised to call me after my evaluation is done they never did(that was the first service done with them) I booked again for second service, i picked 18th of Dec, the man assisting me choose 17th and said i will receive an sms. I did not get any sms i took my car for service today getting there i was told my date was yesterday, i asked but you never sent me an sms he said maybe its network!!!!!. Am sure they got my number because they called me when my car was due for service Conclusion i advise people not to buy Dodge, because they got few service centers and the few can afford to do anything they like
