Poor service from Arnold Chartz Cars Jeep.

I am very disappointed with Arnold Chartz Cars Jeep. I took a Jeep Patriot for hooter repair, it was repair but the problem started again soon after the repair. I have been struggling for the past 7 months to get my car repaired. I tried to negotiate for refund, I was told that is not an option. If I don't call I will not get an update or he will actually tells me that he forgot. That tells me that they are not worried about my car anymore. I paid a lot of money but I still have a problem. This is very poor service I ever experienced. I want my repair immediately or refund the.money I have paid for the service.
