poor service

I was sold a car in december, without a user manual.<br> <br> Whitey the salesman promiced to courier it to my work or home address, and it hasnt been done.<br> <br> Its now 4months and everytime i contact him he is either on leave or not in his office.<br> <br> I want my user manual.
