Poor service

<p>I regret the day i bought my Jeep Grand Cherokee CRD Limited 3.0L, 2013 Model. A dream car since childhood that became a nightmare. I've lost R132k on repairs including engine replacement but nothing has changed as i'm still suffering. It all started with an oil leak & end up with a broken engine as a final diagnosis. It was misdiagnosed more than 3 times and i had 2 pay 4 all de wrong diagnoses. I've written multiple emails 2 Jeep SA and two Jeep dealerships that are involved namely Jeep Union Motors Lowveld nelspruit & Tzaneen (Jeep) including Motor Industry Ombudsman South Africa of which i'm still awaiting adjudication on de matter though is almost a 8months now. I'm currently confused & frustrated as i do not know whether its safe or not 2 drive my car as it is making a knocking sound from de front tires & steering which is more audible wen driving and also a gas leaking-like sound when pressing de accelerator. A new engine was installed on 22/11/16 and only collected my car on de 21/12/16. I've reported all dis problems 2 Jeep Union Motors Lowveld Nelspruit but no one is interested in assisting me since my car is out of motor plan. I phoned de service team 4 advice on whether its safe 2 drive my car but seemed uncertain. </p>
