Poor service

I've phoned various times just to be holding on for more than 20 minutes. My motor plan (Motorite) said I can take it to any Mercedes and I picked Bryanston. To my surprise they phone me a day before to remind me of my service today, on arrival I met with a gentleman called Dees Moodley, he ask the me a view questions, offered me a ride all in about 5 min my car was booked and I left (Easy). This is normally were service for me stops but no I received a phone to advise that my car is in for a bit more work (Here we go) but all has been cleared with Motorite,(Not normal) ,car ready by 16H30 today. The last time I had an account with ABSA was over 10 years ago. I have never had any outstanding debts with ABSA. I have repeatedly told the call centre agents that they have the incorrect information and must remove me from their database. They have refuse to refer me to managers or anyone of authority to remove my name from their database. They say they will continue calling till I pay. They have also resorted to harrasing my wife at work. This behaviour from NBA is totally despicable and *******. I am demanding that I be removed from your \purchased database\"" immediately"
