Poor pathetic service Jeep Compass

I'm so disappointed that my car is stuck at your repairs, under warranty, and you've made it none of your business how I have to travel. Your call centre agent just cut me off when I was looking for a way forward. Is this how Jeep people treat their customers? So customer friendly service is what we get when we buy your cars, but afterwards it's a totally different world altogether. That is very pathetic, considering I've escalated multiple complaints to yourselves. Why must it be a struggle for you guys to get me alternative car while you're busy failing to repair my car or taking too long? What just I do now?
