Poor Customer Service Rendered

<p>My car has got radio system issues and i dropped it at Jeep Boksburg to be fixed. was told that i can fetch my car as it is now fixed only to find that nothing was done to radio system, the problem is still there. My concern is that why was i not informed about them not been able to fix it and told to fetch the car as everything is fixed.</p>
