Poor Customer Service

Terrible customer service from the parts department, I ordered parts on the 9/03/2018 and was advised that the parts will be there at 3:30pm. I arrived at the dealer and the parts were not there and then I was advised further that the parts will arrive on the 12/03/2018 at 9am, I went back there and the parts still haven’t arrived
