Passing the buck?

I sent a elementary question regarding 50ppm diesel usage in a Jeep Grand Cherokee 3.0d to Jeep SA on March 13. I got a reply back from customer care to contact a Fiat dealership. I sent Zandile Shiburi a reply stating that I drive a Jeep, not a Fiat. Although I am aware they're now sold at the same dealership. Please Jeep SA, answer my question, care about you customers, don't send me away. Your technical people at head office should know the correct advice.<br> Thanks.
