Parts not delivered and no Feedback

Hi,<br> I purchased parts at Jeep on 3 July 2015. I never received any feedback about the parts. No one bothered to call me and update me on the status of the order. I am the only one who is calling every week and was promised to get the parts on 30 July 2015 as they have already been dispatched from US. A phone call from Jeep once a week would make a very big difference in my life. To just update me with the order status. I am so disappointed.
