No part for Jeep in SA!!

I didn't even want to give a star!!! Pathetic!! I've received good service everywhere I phoned but is it protocol for Jeep to have no parts in SA? I'm done with Jeep as soon as my car is fixed! No part in SA must wait three weeks for delivery From over see as there is no starter for my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee 3.6 Overland in SA!! Pathetic!!!!
