No delivery of spare keys

Hi. I bought a jeep from their Constantia Kloof branch early February 2015 and they promised that a spare key was being ordered. I regularly checked with them on the delivery of the spare key and I was always told that the key has not yet been delivered. Last week after I followed up yet again I was told that the spare key was apparently never ordered. I was then told to follow up with Sarah who I have never dealt with before and stationed somewhere else.
