No care service

<p>It is now one year and two months trying to get my spare key from the dealer. After 6 visits and can we get your detail, do not know why because not once did they phone back, I have to warn against this shocking service. The excuse is that person is not with us anymore.The new manager said he will resolve this asap. I am dying to see how long this time.</p>
