Misleading Information and bad Service

I bought a Grand Cherokee from Jeep Constantia Kloof in November 2013. The car has got a 3 year maintenance/service plan. Every November(for a 12 month interval) because the service contract states that you take your car either on 20000KM OR 12 months. The first I called and book for service I was told because I haven't reached the 20000KM, I should bring the car in January 2014 their reason was Chrysler Voyager is not going to approve. 2nd year I took my car for service was told because the last service was done in January previous, Chrysler voyager is not going to approve. 3rd year which is this year. I book for service in November between 20th and 23rd before the plan expired, I was sent away told that I must take the car for service in January because Chrysler Voyager is not going to approve and when I raised the point that the plan is expiring and I want the information in writing the service advisor the changed his story and wrote that I must bring the car on the 27th of December 2016 and he'll make sure that the car is being serviced for free. I called to book for service and was told the 27th is a holiday therefore they'll only do the service on the 28th. Now I'm told Chrysler Voyager is not approving because the plan expired a month ago. I'm currently being sent from pillar to post as if it my fault that their service plan contract is misleading as well as its my fault that the service was not done in November 2016. Please assist
