Good day, I bought a jeep 2nd hand from jeep Bedfordview, I have requested a copy of the deal file from the used car manager Wayne, over 3 weeks ago, I still haven't received this.

I also asked for a trade in for another vehicle, this was never done. Clearly vehicle sales are through the roof that you don't need existing clients to upgrade or buy vehicles. I have now gone and bought 2 other vehicles.

I'd still like a copy of the deal file registration number on vehicle ZMM126GP.

Clearly the service levels for a premium vehicle brand isn't where it should be.
