Jeep Umhlanga terrible service

<p>I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT brand new from Jeep Umhlanga Durban, in August 2016 after a year of having the vehicle the engine light came on and the vehicle started her king causing a sluggish performance. The vehicle has been sitting in their repairs workshop for most of the 6 months that I have had this problem. My vehicle gets given back after a month of sitting in the Workshop and within a week of driving it the engine light comes on again. I have been without a vehicle for almost 6 months and I'm still liable to pay the bank for a vehicle I cannot utilise. within these 6 months of the vehicle giving me problems I've booked it in about 5 or 6 times. After various meetings there has been no positive outcome and the vehicle to date 15 February 2017 is still sitting at Jeep Umhlanga. I do not want the vehicle back as I have no trust in Jeep and their vehicles. besides the Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT I have purchased an Alpha Romeo 4c sports car and they are very unhelpful and their service is pathetic. </p>
