JEEP'S terrible service

I bought shoes in April 2015 for work purposes. This shoes had a 6 month guarantee. In July 2015 the threading torn and I took it back to the Jeep dealer. They said that they cannot fix or exchange the shoes and I took it for the area manager to look at that. He said to me that the shoes will be taken to the directors for decision since these shoes had a hammering and that the shoes is not for working but casual shoes. I told him that nowhere in the ads or in the store there is a statement like that, and that the ads said anywhere and everywhere.!!!!! The sales lady knew it was for field work and also did not mention that it is only for casual purposes only!!! What am i to do mow. I have changes my mind about JEEP and their product. I am going to tell the whole world about this bad service from JEEP
