Jeep - my you shouldn't buy one!

<p>Super angry customer! I have had a recurrent problem with my driving light glob popping for the last 3 years and having to pay over a R1000 each time to have it fixed (had it replaced twice in the last 2 months and it's popped again!) Now jeep Fourways wants to replace the entire light fixture as it leaks water (this is the second time this problem has happened) and caused major electrical problems where my car hard to be towed in. I have been fighting with jeep Fourways for the last 2 months, where they never get back to me. I have called well over 12 times, and been there in person twice. Finally I called their head office and gave them all the information. </p> <p> </p> <p>I lodged this complaint with jeep head office, and jeep Fourways on the 17th August. I also put this on Facebook. So far except facebooks responses no human being has contacted me to let me know what is happening.</p> <p> </p> <p>if you are thinking about buying a jeep, this is the kind of service you will get when you complain about a real problem. </p>
