Jeep makes you cry

My Jeep Compass is my first brand new car... and I truly loved the experience till now... on 56000km the car indicated an engine malfunction light and the engine started loosing power... scared that I might damage it... I immediately took the car to Montana Jeep. The next day I could collect my Jeep.... saying it had a bit of missfire on Cylinder 3. But now everything is ok... please call again.. I drove home and parked the car... the next morning.. I had exactly the same.. but now there were 3 lights on: Engine malfunction, ignition coils and traction control lights. My car sounded horrible... it was 27 April on a Public holiday!!! On Friday 28 April I phoned my insurance company and they towed me to Jeep Centurion... who had my car till 2 May... saying that they switched the ignition coils around and said all is fine after they took it for a test drive... so I drove to work everything good... that afternoon the vehicle started to lose power again and the same lights came back on. After numerous calls by me and my transport officer.. Jeep road assistance arranged for my car to be towed in on May 2nd. I then requested for a loan car or a cirtacy car. This was a total of 17 days without a car. I am a field worker... my car is my office... After many phone calls and pleading I got a car for 6 days. I had to return the car today... I missed a call yesterday afternoon when I was conducting a workshop. I phoned this morning at 8 apologizing for not answering and asking them to please ask my case officer to phone me back. The last communication was on Monday when Jeep Centurion phoned to say that they are awaiting for approval from Jeep SA to do the necessary work. I still don't know what is wrong with my car. I need to know what is going with my car... and once more I am left stranded... from loving the Jeep experience to hating every moment thereof
