Jeep DSM Umhlanga - Very Poor Service

Jeep DSM Umhlanga, poor service. My 5 month old Jeep Grand Cherokee was taken in for repairs. I was told after diagnosis that it will take 3-4 days for authorization and spares to arrive. A week passed with no response. I made several calls with most calls not returned. After eventually speaking to the service department, they were not able to tell me when the spares were going to arrive, and promised to call me back which they didn’t do. I emailed Jeep customer service, and 7 days later no response.....
