JEEP CONSTANTIA ********* SERVICE

I recently went to Jeep Constatia - Roodepoort to trade in my Jeep Renegade (2018 Trailhawk) and buy a new Jeep Renegade. I met with a salesman (Thabang and was shown a Jeep Renegade 1.4 Limited (with extras i.e. sunroof) and requested that he quote me and also include the trade in my vehicle. I had also seen on their website that they advertised the Jeep Renegades (1.4 Limited as R466 000 however, was quoted R550 000. I have been a customer of Jeep Constantia for many years, my husband has bought his Wrangler from this dealership and my brother-in-law has bought his Jeep Grand cherokee so we have been very loyal customers of this dealership and are extremely outraged, disgusted and very disappointed with the pathetic service we have encountered today. My husband spoke with both Theo and Thabang with regards to trading in my Jeep Renegade for the 1.4 Blue Renegade Limited and was told by Thabang that the vehicle has "extras" such as a sunroof and that i would not be charged for that. I was told that i would get R310 000 for my trade in and yet the quote stated R269 000 PLUS VAT to make up the R310 000 WHICH WAS NOT PART OF THE DEAL! I WAS TOLD R310 000!!!???? My husband spoke to Theo this morning and told him we don't need the extras like on the Blue Renegade - we want to order the colour of our choice and pay the advertised price of R455, 580 AS ADVERTISED ON THE WEBSITE BUT THEO TOLD MY HUSBAND HE DOES NOT HAVE STOCK! THAT IS TOTALLY UNACEPTABLE AND UTTER BULL****! ALL HE WANTS TO DO IS SELL ME THAT BLUE RENEGADE OFF THE FLOOR AND BULL**** ME WITH THE PRICE! I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH JEEP EVER AGAIN!!!!
