Jeep Constantia Pathetic Service

I recently contacted Jeep Fiat Constantia Roodepoort concerning my Jeep Renegade 2020 model, the key fob is not working properly and i am unable to lock/unlock my car. I contacted Jeep Constantia and held on for quite some time to speak to the service department but was told by the receptionist she could not get hold of them and took my details down for someone to call me back. PATHETIC SERVICE!!!
