Inconveniencing service

<p>Sent in my car for service on Monday 20/06/16 at Ronnies Motors East London. Was told that I could not get my vehicle back as they told me that there was something wrong with the gearbox and the car would be with them indefinitely. Told that there are no loan cars available and nobody knew when they will be available or for how long my vehicle will be with them for meaning I have to see how I get by as my insurance cant provide me with one either as the vehicle wasnt involved in as accident. It’s very frustrating , I’m left stranded and greatly inconvenienced by all of this as I use the vehicle for business purposes as well. seems asif they dont even care</p> <p> </p>
