How long does it take to get a quote??

On 9/06/15, I visited the spares department at Jeep Century City at 5pm to get a quote for a Fiat car medallion and a service book. The gentleman who helped me was very helpful and seemed to go the extra mile in trying to get the quote. He later explained that due to my car being originally made in India- sourcing a medallion might be tricky. When he saw he couldn't help me- he took all my contact details. For the past few weeks I have been calling and leaving my contact details, being told that they would get back to me - I have spoken to a few guys now. Finally on Monday morning, I called again and spoke with Wayne who said he would get back to me. I know I am not the only customer they have but really now, surely you can call a customer to tell them if you have got the quote or not. I hate false promises. I called again on Tuesday morning to follow up - spoke to Wayne again who then transferred me to the original guy..who told me he found me a service book and it would be free,yay but still no feedback about the medallion?After Tuesday's call I decided to wait 24 hours before posting a complaint here.I still don't have a quote-today is Thursday. Is it time to change car brands?
