Great Customer Service

Just wanted to say thank you for the great service last week! You guys have truly understood the concept of value chain & work as a team to keep the customer smiling at every step of the process!! <br> <br> It was honestly outstanding service right from booking the service with Linda, leaving the vehicle with Johnnie (I dropped my watch in the car and the gentleman who checked the vehicle handed it back to me :) ), being driven safely to work and arrangements to be picked up and finally collecting the vehicle. What a pleasure!! <br> <br> There was absolutely no pain in servicing the vehicle plus you just made me feel special :).
