Faulty and unroadworthy Jeep Renegade limited 2016

<p>I don't know how to express my disappointment with the service I have received from Jeep Umhlanga regarding their new Jeep renegade. I bought the car 2 months ago and about 2 weeks after I experienced technical problems. Firstly, the stop and start feature was faulty then the lock sign appeared on the display screen while I was driving and the car engaged brakes on its own and it was such a dead stop that my groceries got spilled all over my back seat. Luckily the car behind me, which had a family in it, managed to break and avoid a collision. That's when the nightmare started and I started thinking what if that car had crashed into me and they had all died. How was I gonna live with that guilt? And to think I bought this car because I loved it, not knowing it wasn't roadworthy.</p> <p>I've been to the dealership 3 times and every single time they give me the same story about updating the cars software but every time I get it back it's still faulty. At some point they even gave me a loan car which had similar faults which goes to prove that this is actually a factory fault. I feel like I'm driving around in a coffin because of how my life is at risk. I've been shifted from pillar to post and have dealt with multiple dealer principles and none of them could guarantee my safety while driving this car because they know that it is problematic</p> <p>DON'T BUY JEEP RENEGADE 2016</p>
