Extremely poor customer service

Took my Jeep Grand Cherokee to Arnold Chats Jeep Constantia (Roodepoort) today for an oil leak. Service agent came back to me during the day to advise that the faulty Engine oil cooler part is not in SA and will take 4-5 weeks to import from USA. Mechanic advised that car should not be driven in this condition. Jeep Chrysler is not willing to provide me with a loan vehicle for this time frame. Did I mention that the car is still under motor plan.....that does not seem to matter at all in this case. So I will sit without my car for more than a month and will have to rent a car on my own expense.
