Exellent Service from Jeep Constantia

was assisted by the service advisor as my vehicle is miss-firing. Due to the vehicle being out of warranty they needed approval from Motorite and from previous experience with the extended warrant company, Motorite, staff their normally take their own time to respond to the request for paying a certain amount as per the policy. The lady who assisted from Jeep Constantia, service advisor by the name of Sam who is a fairly new staff member came back to me a day later and advised me that Motorite has approved the pay for the coil packs which is causing the vehicle to miss-fire/ jerking. Dur to the epidemic they can't import any parts but at least I know that I am covered for these expenses. Thanks to Sam from Jeep Constantia branch for following up and getting the approval authorized.
