Excellent Service

I am a new client @ Jeep, Brooklyn in Pretoria and had damaged to my Jeep in Mozambique. Charlinda Ludeke helped me to get a towing company to tow my vehicle out of Mozambique and to get it to the closest Jeep dealership. Unfortunately Chrysler SA promised me to have a rent vehicle at the border but when I arrived there (with a lift from a local Mozambiquen man on the back of his bakkie) there was no vehicle from Chrysler SA and I had to wait 4 hours for one to arrive and then only could I drive my 8 hours back to Pretoria. Back home in Pretoria Jakobus Olivier at Jeep Brooklyn went the extra mile by organizing me a hired vehicle while waiting for spare parts for my damaged jeep. They both made me feel like I were the only customer at Jeep Brooklyn in Pretoria, especially Jakobus by checking everyday on the progress of my Jeep. Thank you so much Jakobus ans Charlinda.
