Dealership Neglect customers vehicles(Jeep at The Glen)

I have taken my Jeep SRT to New Vaal South(Jeep and Chrysler dealership) at The Glen. I wanted to put new tyres which they did not have on stock,I left it with them and put a sun shield because I know they leave them exposed to the sun since I always take it there for service. I personally warned them to put the sun shields as I did. My car was there for two weeks and seemingly it was left exposed to the sun after working on it, now my dashboard is damaged (leather). I went to pay for it and ready to collect,I found that the dashboard is damaged and I left it there. I think most people don’t challenge these,our car are neglected and they shift the blame. We trust them with our cars and they don’t give us value for our money. I really want them to take responsibility and pay for the damages.
