Complaining with service being received at Mekor Amanzimtoti

<p>I took my car in for repairs n my engine was done and sorted out, by 21st they never advised me i called them n was advised my car would be available to by 27th September 2016, when i emailed on the 26th was advised that will be postponed to the following week would be ready for pick up by the 7th Octoberand again getting an email advising me will be postposened again for next week. This is firstly unprofessional n causing too much inconvinience with me. No proper explaination being given, not sure if i am being exploited because i am female or what... can this be sorted out</p>
