CLOSURE OF GYM - NO NOTICE GIVEN - NO REFUNDS

We ( Friends & I ) joined Jeep WarriorFit gym in Pretoria East, Silverlakes 3 weeks ago.<br> <br> We paid for 6 months full up front as we did not want debit orders. <br> so after a great 3 weeks, we arrived at the gym, just to find the gym has closed down today 16/03/2015.<br> I know this, as i called the estate agent, whom is advertising the space to let.<br> <br> <br> Now my questions are:<br> <br> Why do you sign up honest members, as you know you are about to close down?<br> according to me you are *****ing from honest people!<br> <br> I asked one of the employees the Thursday, why is their TO LET boards on the window?<br> <br> His words: \we are looking for tenants to rent the Kiosk/juice bar area"<br> <br> obviously lying to our faces without feeling bad!<br> <br> <br> So please do get in touch so our Monies can be refunded as we are going to complain at all the levels possible!<br> <br> And take legal action against Melissa & Schalk if need be.<br> <br> JEEP may be affiliated or not"
