Chrystler Jeep have to import common spares

I've got a Jeep Wrangler and need to replace one of the fuel injectors and after contacting Chrysler SA I was informed that they don't have any stock in SA and need to import , leaving me with a return time of 4 weeks. How can such a big company not even have one injector in stock in SA
