Chrysler Jeep and Dodge+Penta motors

I bought a Jeep Cherokee 4X4 LTD from Penta Motors on 5 October 2018. There were outstanding items: Service book, Spare key&mats. I tried and even filed a complaint with JeepSA. No response whatsoever. From March 2019 l have a repeated problem-overheating and no coolant. It has been towed to dealers in Pinetown and recently on 7 August 2019 Umhlanga ridge. They say they have ordered the thermo, two weeks passed and they added another 2 weeks. They have had the car for 1month&2weeks. I have complained to JerpSA, they do not care! I am appalled at the poor service. In fact they would never give a customer any feedback, you have to keep calling! I am taking the matter up as l am tired of the rather expensive inconvenience! I will never recommend these cars, it's a continuous frustration as you pay for a car you do not use!!! Pathetic is the word for their service!!!!
