Booking Query for the second time unprofessional

its now for the second time booking my dads car via telphone and when i get to the Jeep/Dodge service centre they can not find my record .<br> <br> first it happened at Kimberly and i had to wait for hours till they close second time is this week i called Monday at centurion and now they also cant find my record i will have to sell this car because their after sale is very poor , unprofessional and its not like i have not paid for the service and warranty i will never buy JEEP or Dodge cars. this car dealers are useless.<br> <br> poor service i hate their after sale its now twice on different dealers meaning all their dealers are the same useless
