BAD service

Took my car for a service as it was overheating on the 18th August 2015 and when collecting i was told parts where not available however i will be contacted for my car to be rebooked.3 Weeks went by and i never received the promised call back and i've been the one who has been calling making followup on the status and this guys kept telling me there was nothing on order for my vehicle until i spoke to The Service Manager who re-booked my car for 14th October 2015. Still no phone call from this guys on the status of the repairs i called on the 16th October 2015 and spoke with the service advisor Johnny, only to be told that they could not get it fixed and they will book it for 27th October 2015. My main worry is that there is no communication and this guys pretend as if they don't have my contact details of which i updated when delivering the car to them.
