BAD SERVICE

Hello Peter,<br> On the 29th July 2015 I took my car for service at Chrysler Jeep & Dodge in Nelspruit as scheduled. I was called on the same day that they don't have transmission oil and oil filter. I was told to bring the car on the 31st July 2015 but I received an SMS on the 31st informing me that they haven't received the parts and that was the last communication I received from them no phone call nothing. On my arrival I requested to talk to the technician who was responsible for my car, who rudely told me that there's nothing that he can do for me. I asked him about the breaks and the noise that was coming from the engine he told me that he has already told what was done on the vehicle. My car went for 90000km service since I bought the car the breaks has never been changed. I requested percentage left on the breaks even when I asked the Service Manager that was not given to me. <br> This comes after I decided not to take my car to Chrysler Jeep & Dodge Midrand for the same poor service I received. <br> <br> I currently in the dark of what's going to happened to my car.
