BAD SERVICE

<p> My bad experience with the this brand. In 2015 bought the new Jeep SUV SRT , then the following year in March 2016 I heard breakdown on N1 at around 21h 00 at night. I called chylser sa for assistance they struggle to get technicians until 2 oclock in the morning. Tow truck come at 3am , he also did not know how to lift the vehicle on bed of the truck because the wheels were all locking. He manage to take vehicle to Polokwane Mercerious Motors at 7 oclock inthe morning the following day. what this mean is that i have been in road the whole night. </p> <p>In Mercurious Motors the vehicle stayed there for 2 and half month until start asking questions and notfying the head office. Apprently the parts were approved but it took them another 1 and half months to fix the vehicle, which is still not fixed by now and now we are the 6th month. Tuesday last week , I was called to come and pick up the car, i went there and when Iam 10km away they called that the car is not stating and they suspect it is the starter, no one considerded that i drove from jhb which is my time, money and the car was not working. i have to go back to jhb without the vehicke and again same week they called on Thursday to come and collect the vehicle , Guess what the vehicle is still not working now is got engine light on and the car have not yet cleared with police since they put in new engine according to them. but they called me twice to collect the car from jhb to polokwane. now it has been six month without my car , i tried to speak to head office they tell you that they will come back to you , then they come back after 2 or 3 days. now since i spke to them at the head office on the Thursday last week they promise to comeback but they have not. i complain to them about transport they finally rented a car for in June 2016, i agree that any vehicle can give you problem but the must be an effort to resolve the problem. six month now still i do not know when to get my vehicle and this is frastrating. imagine you pay for something you do not have for ths long , but it is existing. if wanted to drive a polo vivo , i should have bought a polo vivo. my advice to people you buy those brands , you must know that you are on your own. i was very excited about the jeep it has been nightmare. i do think i will keep the car anymore . both the dealearship in Polokwane and Head offce Chyserler SA they are service is very bad. i do not wish any one to go throught what is happening with me. </p> <p> </p> <p>regards</p> <p> </p> <p>Angry Customer </p>
