Bad Customer Service

I took my car in for service and cambelt replacement at 07:30 this morning at Grand Central Motors only to be called now that my car will not be available today. Had a service advisor called me within an hour of dropping my vehicle, I would have arranged for my car to be towed to another dealership. I need my car to attend to a family commitment tomorrow morning.
