Bad after sales service and support

<p>I was assisted by a consultant from Jeep East Rand, the cari is good and am enjoying it. However, I was supposed to receive a new license disk, i was promised that it's gona be dropped into my office. Till today I ahve not received it. i have been calling Dawine begging him but I have not succeeded.</p>
