4 months waiting for car repair

Dodge Journey ignition was not responding. The car was towed to the branch on 9 February 2015. I was told to wait for the part that needed to be ordered. Up until today there is no clear indication of when will it arrive to south africa. I escalated the matter with Chrysler SA on 25 May, no feedback still.
