3 Days without Car

I have a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited and have this car for 8 months and this is the 3rd time that the car is going in with a problem. Klerksdorp Servicing and Repairs have caused more problems to the car because their Diagnostic Machine is not working properly. Jeep Klerksdorp has send request to Head Office Johannesburg for help but has not received any responds yet. I am without a car for 3 days now and Jeep Klerksdorp can not tell me when my car is going to be repaired. No Courtesy car is offered. I had to asked for a car that I have not received yet.<br> This service from Jeep is unacceptable.
