2014 Jeep Compass is rusting and Jeep does nothing

I bought a jeep compass in2013,the latest model.I took it for the 15000km service and mentioned to Maritime Motors in Port Elizabeth about the rust problem.Nothing happened.I again took my car to Maritime Motors for the 30000km service and again pointed out the rust problems.Only now the rust has is at all four doors on the hinges,the welding spot at the rear door and on the engine mountings in engine bay.This i reported in January 2015.up tp today nobody from Jeep contacted me.I phoned the service manager and told him about the problem with no positive response.I reported it twice via email on the [URL Removed] website and got ignored.I forwarded it to the salesman and he copied me in on an email of one line he sent to the booking agent at Maritime Motors.Yesterday i contacted the fca group call centre with my concern.their attitude to my concern is a disgrace.what now?
