Atrocious service

This is my 2nd experience with your pathetic Service ..Jeep South Africa .. !! How is it a client's fault that there's one service centre in Cape Town ??

I have experience a mechanical failure on a 2015 car !!! You get the car on Friday from Towing services at 12h00pm , you phone me after the 4pm the car is in the workshop to assess what the problem is . I get a call after 5pm that there is a bigger issue with the car and cannot say until it was further assessed.

Again !!! no car over the weekend and today it is Monday before 12pm I still have not heard from you. I phone the service adviser and after being told he is busy on the phone for 20 minutes waiting ... I"m told no one can get hold of him..

You'll be telling me you dont have a courtesy car and yet I'm a paying client !!

Maybe its time to jump ship after being a Jeep client for more than 10 years !!!!
