Pathetic and unprofessional

I went in on Sunday (26/01/25) and asked for my back to be cut straight (usual split-end damage on the bottoms to be removed) and the front to be layered but still tied in a ponytail. She showed me how much in the back about pointer finger length-that is okay. As soon as she cut the front I told her it was too short...it isn't even cut properly and the front looks longer than the back. I tried to make the appointment via WhatsApp but no response (during business hours) and I even complained after and the message wasnt even read. Before I left I did mention it was tooooo short. I mentioned many times while there I am growing my hair out. I just wanted to straight out the back a little and layer the front. Exactly what I had. Just to remove split ends, literally maintenance. I have images of my hair from last month to now, even a few days ago to what was done now and it has been CHOPPED (IT NOW SHOULDER LENGTH and uneven) and also the unanswered whatsapp messages. I have been here before and never had any issues but this cut cant be a mistake, it can not be messed up this badly. I didnt even color my hair here, but whatever product they used to wash my hair, stripped my color. I did complain on the day, and it has been 3 days since and still HAVE NOT EVEN READ MY MESSAGES
