Unusable product - No after sales service
The product that I ordered was delivered in an unusable state. Somehow moisture got into the container so the contents is basically one solid block. I can understand that this happens sometimes and its most likely the supplier's fault but ChromeSa is refusing to respond to my emails. I tried two different emails and the online chat. Nothing. To me this in unacceptable. Very disappointing.
