When I was in the shop, the manager (wearing grey shirt) was just sitting in front of the counter engaged on his laptop, while the sales rep helped us. The sales rep had to squeeze just to get past the manager totally concrete in his seat. The manager paid no attention that there were customers in the shop and made no effort to assist the sales rep. The manager was just in the way. If the manager treats the sales rep like that while there is a waiting customer, the mind wanders how he treats sales reps when they are alone.
