Refund promised not honoured
I bought a BM 800 GS from Chrome. It was a trade in. Paid R72950 for it, took it back as it had issues. Was told by Malcolm Anderson he would refund it within 5 to 7 days. Still waiting almost two months later. Have had to go legal. It is disgraceful. So much for The Chrome Lifestyle Centre.
We agreed to take the motorcycle back in line with CPA, and agreed to refund this customer who unfortunately experienced a delay due to a merger. This customer was refunded in FULL on the 21 March 2016 without any legal process.
